This is probably getting old, but omelets are freaking delicious! I made one this afternoon for lunch and I just had to share. I sautéed some onion and mushrooms in a pan, then chopped up some fresh spinach, and some turkey (because I detest ham).
I cooked up my omelet and made sure to put some shredded parmesan cheese in there. It. Was. So. Good.
So I took pictures! “Haha!”
P.S. I know this isn’t a very good post but I have been sick, so something better will come along when I’m feeling well again.
